This folder contains correspondence, agreements, and other documents relating to Science, a journal which began publication in 1880 and for which Edison provided the principal financial support. Most of the correspondence is by John Michels, editor of Science.

All of the documents have been selected except for a duplicate copy of the company prospectus.
