This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to Edison's New York laboratory, located in the Bergmann & Co. factory building. Among the correspondents are Edison's associates, John R. Campbell and John F. Ott.

Approximately 80 percent of the documents have been selected. The following categories of documents have not been selected: routine correspondence with suppliers; shipping receipts and invoices; routine intraoffice communications.
