This folder contains requests for Edison's autograph or photograph and related correspondence. Included are letters from collectors, publishers, news bureaus, photography studios, and educators. Also included is correspondence with Edison's acquaintances and employees, along with distributors of his phonographs and batteries. Among the documents for 1914 are letters from longtime Edison associate Samuel Insull, Charles E. Scribner of the Western Electric Co., and motion picture executives J. Stuart Blackton and William N. Selig.
