This folder contains documents relating to the Edison Manufacturing Co. Although it ceased to be an operating company after its assets and property rights were assigned to Thomas A. Edison, Inc., in 1911, the Edison Manufacturing Co. maintained a legal existence until its dissolution in 1926.The documents for 1914 consist of notices of the annual stockholders' meeting.
