This 253-page court record consists of the summons, plaintiff's bill of complaint, and accompanying exhibits in the case of Western Union Telegraph Company v. George Harrington, Thomas A. Edison, the Atlantic and Pacific Telegraph Company, Jay Gould, Samuel M. Mills and Josiah C. Reiff; Thomas A. Edison, William M. Seyfert, William J. Palmer, Henry L. Dallett, Jr., Augustus B. Ward and Robert W. Russell as Trustees of the American Automatic Telegraph Company; the said American Automatic Telegraph Company; and George B. Prescott. It can be found at the Edison National Historical Park in a volume entitled "Telegraph Law Cases -- Miscellaneous," which is the fifth of five volumes of litigation records involving rights and title to Edison patent applications pertaining to duplex and quadruplex telegraphy. Following the plaintiff's bill of complaint are a series of exhibits (pages 29-253), which are numbered from 1 through 19.
